Neil and Susy are proud to be part of the Chabad family. During the 11 years that they have lived in Cedarhurst their lives as well as the lives of each one of their three children has been touched and enriched by Chabad of the Five Towns.
Neil, A local boy, who grew up in Bayswater and Lawrence before settling in Cedarhurst, attended Yeshiva of Far Rockaway, graduated from Yeshiva University and attended Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Neil is currently working as a Radiologist at Lerman Diagnostic Imaging in Boro Park.
Susy who is currently the Educational Director of our very own Gan Chamesh, grew up in Mexico City until her family moved to Riverdale, N.Y. She taught in Manhattan Day School for many years and has worked as an Early Childhood consultant for the last 15 years. Susy has been invited to Jewish schools around the world to speak and to help develop an innovative curriculum and programming. Susy is also the Founding Director of Or Haner, a girls outreach camp for teenage girls from Central and South America.
Neil and Susy are most proud of their three children. Tzvi (age 9) currently a fourth grade student at Yeshiva South Shore, Hana (age 8) currently in third grade at Bnot Shullamith and Elki (age 3) who is now in the “Yellow Room” at Gan Chamesh. They also have a goldfish named “Esther”.
