Hey What’s up? It’s Hadassah from The Friendship Circle. Hope you had a good and enjoyable summer. Now that the school year is starting, I want to remind you about the great Friendship Circle program… Weather you were actively volunteering last year or you did not get set up with a child THEN THIS IS FOR YOU! You don’t want to miss the first training session (coming does not commit you to the program)!
For girls Sunday, September 17th & for boys Tuesday September 19th at 8:00 PM at Chabad 74 Maple Ave. Cedarhurst.
The Friendship Circle is such an amazing chesed; the child with Special needs that you will be working with will wait eagerly by the door for you to come, you will create a bond with this child that will stay with him and you forever!
Not to mention the certificate you will receive that can be part of your college resume!
Besides the chesed, we are also going to be having awesome teen trips this year. Skiing, paintball shooting, a weekend experience in Manhattan, a trip to Detroit to join hundreds of other Friendship Circle volunteers like you and more.
